Our people strategy – "Moving forward together"

South East Queensland is experiencing rapid changes in a range of areas that highlight the need for us to value our people and how they make the TTA the great place it is. Our people strategy describes the kind of employer we want to be, helps us deal with the broad range of changes we are experiencing and aligns our people priorities with our vision of being the best public transport system in Australia. Successfully achieving this vision depends upon many things, but most of all it depends on our people—they are our champions who make things happen within the TTA, with our business partners and in the wider community.
