The TTA has adopted a capability framework for senior managers (classification levels AO7 – SO) to complement and support our values and to establish a shared understanding of the capabilities, skills and behaviours critical to the success of our organisation. All employees performing work for the TTA will be engaged and paid by the TransLink Transit Authority Employing Office (TTAEO). The TTAEO sources and provides the human resources needed for the TTA to deliver on its business objectives - it provides a workforce to the TTA. TTAEO employees are employed under the Public Service Act 2008 with all associated employment conditions, rights and responsibilities. This means employees of the TTAEO are employed under relevant legislation, directives and policies administered by the Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) or the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations (DEIR). |
